wait, what about silk-screening, then a coat or 2 of clearcoat? would that work, or would engine bay temp be too high?

but I'm not sure about teh durability/thickness of aluminum that can go through a printer

the only problem is that I don't have anything I can use to make them, nor do i know anyone that has anything to make one (I was hoping someone here could help me out with that)
Put the file on a CD and then take it to "Fast Signs" they can put it on anything you want.

I like it also... You might need to make it a vector file for Fast Signs... But yeah, they can do anything you want and are usually fair priced.
