Is fuel filter a DIY job?
I noticed that according to maintenance schedule, my fuel filter is due to be replaced.
Is that a job that's relatively simple to do yourself...or best left to dealer/shop to do? Where is it located? Anybody out there done this? |

There were instructions posted on how to do it before. I remember somethinga about starting the car with the fuel pump relay removed and let it stall on it's own that way most of the fuel will be out of the lines when you disconnect them.

Take off plastic cover under car, located under driver's seat area. Once you get that off then the fuel filter is sitting right there in front of you. Unclip each end and slide it out. Slide new one in. Bolt plastic cover back on.
