Default speedo?

I just finished installing the "mycolor" instrument cluster in my 05 mustang and the speedo seems to be 5km/h out. Is it out that much through all the speeds. When the car is parked the speedo sits a little above the 0km/h. I was wondering if this is goin to affect my milage on my odometer at all? I assume it is out this much because I used a gps on the highway to see how accurt the speedo was. Also, is there any way to reset the speedo so it reads correctly. Thanks.

isn't that face shield glued on to the cluster? All I really want to know is if it is goin to affect my odometer at all. Cause if it is not, then I will just leave it. probably save me a couple speeding tickets, lol.

I almost forget, now when I put the car in reverse the dash beeps. It makes the same noise and when you have the e-brake on. Is this normal?

it will also beep at 75 MPH

you need to have it programmed with the "as Built" data at the dealer

its actually pretty easy. The dash piece just pulls right out, and there is four screws holding the cluster in place. Just one plug behind the cluster, with plenty of wire to work with.

When I take my car into the shop to get them to put in the "as built" data, can they do this with my current brenspeed tune in the car already?

I believe it has nothing to do with the tune. I think they program the actual computer in the cluster??
