You think you're prices are high?
Try $1.23 a LITRE
Which equals out to 4.92/g.

Good ol' Canada.
Try living in Europe or more specifically the UK. Where it is £1.05($2.07 a litre) a litre for regular 91 octane. Which is the lowest we get here.
So nearly $8 a gallon.

I tend to only use Shell fuel here. Mainly due to it being the cheapest and most local station to me.

Off topic, joke. concerning octane ratings and celebrities.

I heard Boomer Esiason ..former quaterback, and a reputed car enthusiast tell a story about a rookie he was talking to in the locker room. The Rookie said to Boomer "I only use 93 gas because I don't like putting that OLD '87 gas in my Mercedes."

I was driving when I heard this joke and almost went off the road.

Yea, but we drive a lot more than you. My daily commute would go across your whole island.

I use V-Power, very happy. If there were any Chevron stations in the Cincinnati area, I'd use that in a heartbeat. Love that Techron.

Shell does have good gas but it is usually expensive...I use their V-power and I have never had any problems

I had to switch from Exxon and I chose Shell. The Exxon made my engine ping like crazy whenever I accellerated hard. It drove me nuts. Now I just use Shell Premium V-Power whenever I fuel up and I don't have any problems (except the $50 I drop).

Anyone else had any problems with Exxon fuel?

Used shell back when I lived in WA all the time, aren't any down here in AZ though so I use Shamrock (BP) or whatever it is Frys sells, both work really well and are decently priced.
