It's just the harshness from the camera flash combined with the metal halide (spelling?) lights in the convention center. It's actually a black interior (or dark charcoal, or whetever they call it)..

HA HA...now I see it! Sorry...it lookedlikesilver Krylon to me!

I paid around 400 for the light bar, but I also installed the wind blocker glass that mounts into it, and keeps your girlfriends hair out of her face, Glass was around 100 bucks.
This is my "windy hair device" $7.00

Another benefit to the glass mounted in the convertible bar, you can drive with your top down in much cooler weather and stay warm.

I went with the CDC light bar also. When I got it, it was the only choice. I love it. The install was super easy. I like the new Cervini light bar though it is more expensive.

I have the CDC that I installed myself. Very enjoyable install, very easy. I have the brake light in mine as well. Some folks will tell you that you need to buy a extra part to wire it in, but dont believe the hype. I called CDC when I installed mine and the kits have been updated with a different instruction manual where it now wires right into the truck on the passenger side without any extra parts.

The entire install took about 2 hours. I paid around 400 for the light bar, but I also installed the wind blocker glass that mounts into it, and keeps your girlfriends hair out of her face, that took another 30 minutes to install, and easily removes if i have back seat passengers. Glass was around 100 bucks.

Hope this helps.
Which glass windscreen did you end up going with? I am considering the same. I am installing my CDC light bar this weekend (new carbon fiber version) and I'm sure the ladies would love a windbreak. The ones I've seen are not easy to remove with backseat passengers.

Isn't somebody (CDC?) making a light bar that matches factory paint?
