how do i take off mirrors?

just like the title says, i bought a set of painted side mirrors from a guy in florida, im wondering if anyone knows how to remove the factory mirrors?

The inside mirror covers, that hold the controls, pull right off with no fuss. Then disconnect the harness and unscrew the mirror. I'll find a link with the instructions...

That cover (number 1) just pulls right off, don't move back and forth, just pull straight out.

pull the sail panel covers from the inside straight off. 3 10mm nuts I believe, disconnect the connector and pull the mirror straight out. Pretty damn simple, do not overtighten putting them back in otherwise you will see where the studs are fused to the plastic from the outside.

My ex-wife used to remove the ones on our Camry by backing out of the garage too close to the garage door frame...
