Default Project Mustang Race car

So I've been thinking about buying a 2005 GT mustang used for under 18k, (project car). I want to strip the inside and do a roll cage, suspension, brakes, light wheels, beefy tire, and a super charger, exhaust, basically a race car, lol......Something that will sound mean and i can beat up. Does anyone havea car like thisor have any ideas of how i should go about doing this? Post pics if you have them

This is the look i want, no body kits, just something i can tear up.

IMO, there are much cheaper alternatives if you want to just tear it up...

Spending that kind of money for a car you already own is kind of pointless to me...

IMO, like I said.

I have full cage, coil over suspension, lightweight wheels with beefy tires and run 10.90 with 150 shot on a stock block with a 6.0 currently being built that will be running on e-85 with a F-1

So you want to spend 18k+mods just to beat it up? Throw some of that money my way so I can purchase my Roush front.

If you really wanna go crazy like that, why not just buy a body in white from Ford? You just get a nice clean shell to work with and do whatever you want with. Put in a mod motor, drop in a 5.0L Cammer, whatever. Seems to me that'd be the route to go if you were just going to tear apart the car anyways.
