O.k.. I just read the thread about the pass. pistons are going bad.. Water leaks on the pass. side.. What else has there been problems with these??

My 07 is just now hitting 12K miles.. Heck, it still has the new smell in it.. What else do we need to watch for and what are the miles when all this crap happens??

Maybe this will turn into an alert to watch for things at certain miles.. Just to help others as well as me out.. Thanks for the info y'all..

WOW are the pistons going bad in just the 07s?

 

i have heard one report about the piston thing....im very skeptical that this is a problem at this point

 

Why only 07, is it not the same engine and internals on 05-08?

 

My 07 has almost 40,000 miles on it, and the only problem I've had so far is a wheel pressure sensor went bad.....I don't think there's any major issues with this car.
