Default throttle Body and Spacer

im kinda bored with my intake and tune and i think my next mod is gunna be a new throttle body and spacer. anyone house have this? if so what kind of gains can i expect. also do i have to get another tune if i install this?

DON'T DO THIS! IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY AND GIVES YOU NO GAIN! TRY SEARCHING THIS ON HERE AND SEE THE THINGS ABOUT IT

with the setup you have have you wont gain much of anything. the TB can cause problems more often than not.

They say 20hp for both? wow, such lies.

I got the spacer, does nothing. But the steeda name looks cool.

As for throttle body, it might gainpower... here and there. But, usually adding more airflow can kill torque in these cars, which we've seen with LoudMouths and charge motion delete plates. A throttle would need a dyno tune to give gains, and not lose power.

But buy what you want! Modding is fun either way.

If you really want to get a bigger throttle body, get the GT500 one.

Throttle body spacers are useless, save your money.

you seem to have no need(performance wise) for a tb;however, the tb spacer can look good but has no measurable gains!

change your gear or do something else


your straight pipes are making your gt have less torque at the bottom(acceleration from a stop)

im not goin with gears i dont like such high rpms all the time... but now that you guys have talked me out of it i might save for some long tube headers, or get some underdrive pullys. whatever im in no rush
