Default ABS/ Traction control problem

so i had the traction control off, spun the tire's had some wheel hop. Now the damn ABS doesn't work, the ABS light is on, and the Trac control is stuck off and the Trac. control light is stuck on on the dash. Car drives fine brakes work, but the ABS doesn't. any idea? i'm guessing either a sensor is messed up or fell out/off, a fuse blew, or the ABS got overheated and it will have cooled off by morning? i turned the car off and turned it back on and still had the same problem.... HELP!! lol

if you have a tuner, check for

well i got under the car before i left for work this morning, ensured all the plugs were in and snug and started the car, same problem, but then within 5 minutes the lights went out and everything worked again, so either the dang ABS was overheated or one of the sensors did come loose and fixed itself once i snugged everything up.
