Mine is a decal. $35 from "hoferdesigns" on eBay (sorry to plug an eBay seller on here, but it worked fine for me). It's held up well for nearly two years.

You can't go wrong with practically anything from CDC. I got the SHR Honeycomb one and like it a lot.

 

I bought the one from G.T.Styling but I'm a bit hesitant to stick it on. The panel looks like it could get scratched easily and it's only semitransparent so the white will most likely show through. An accumulation of small debris behind the panelis a possibility as well. Yeah, painting it might be the way to go here.
