BY last mods he means literally last mods fter you've done everything else. The stock throttle body works fine up to 450hp (I believe). Even if it's less it's not much. The extra air wont do anything to give you more power. Once you have cams or F/I then you may see gains but until then you will get nothing but problems.

Get the UDP instead; it's cheaper, will actually add power, and won't screw your car up.

IMO. I wouldnt, my udp makes my air slow down at lights, and it causes my alternator to not charge my battery properly

The only thing I noticed was that it takes a little bit longer for the air con to start pushing out cold air, and my steering feels slightly heavier. You're not going to have any serious charging problems unless you have a huge stereo or you let your car idle for an extremely long time.

I agree.....if you have problems they are not becuase of the UDPs....practically everyone has them installed

Practically Everyone??? haha.................Either way Howarmat is right. The factory alternator is strong and shouldnt have any problems with the pulleys. I havnt noticed ANYTHING diff. (except a little extra punch for only a little extra dough haha)
