Got my build date of 4/25 today from Ford status, I ordered 3/23. I was surprised as hell that I got one this quick. I know people have been waiting for months and have not heard anything yet. I was not even expecting to get an 05 but would have to wait for an 06
I ordered a 05 gt prem., auto, prem. wheels, interior up grade, side air bags.

 

OK....I have had enough of this crap.[:@] My original order was 11/17/04 and my reorder date with another dealer is the same as yours. When did you get serialized? Where did you order from? But in all seriousness, CONGRATS!!!!!

 

05GrayGT we have been on the same boat since Novembe 04. Today, I was just told that I have a build date of 4/05/04. 5 months to get a build date!!! DUDE, today is the 18th............

WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY F________ CAR?!?!

 

One lucky dude. My order date was 3/11 and still clean and unscheduled. Remember, Ford announced an increase in production just a while back. They are closing down the T-Bird line and will begin building GT's there in June. We will see more on the lots soon! And, maybe prices negotiable, no? Ha ha.

 

Same here man.. order date of 2/25 and still "clean / Unscheduled"... Some people have all the luck.

[I ordered from Rock River Ford in Rockford,IL. I coundn't belive what I was hearing either. I feel sorry for you guys that have ordered months ago and haven't heard anything yet. I guess it's all in which dealer you order from. I did check other dealers in about a fify mile radius and a few said they would be wasting there paper and ink ordering an 05, a couple said sure we can get you one in four to six weeks, I didn't believe them. The dealer I ordered from said they were not sure but would tryl, and asked me if I would be okay with an 06 I said sure, then I find out my 05 will probably be here next month.

 

Ordered mine 03/01... still Clean and Unscheduled.

Dealer tells me based on how the cars are coming into their dealership, Mine might be next month.
