Default Brisk Racing Silver - spark plug swap

Nobody mentioned using the Brisk Silver Racing (497-3VR17YS ) spark plugs to replace the stokers on their GT's yet. So, I went, bought a set and installed them yesterday. The removal of the old plugs was easy, I didn't have to use anything other than a torque wrench since I only have 1K miles on the car. After the swap, the engine purred like a well oiled sawing machine. While I didn't notice any difference from before, I'll keep an eye on things and report if anything comes up.

I was also wondering about these plugs on a FI application, just waiting for someone else to be the test mule .

Well I tried them on my 4.6L motor.......didn't go well and I'll leave it at that.

Good luck.

Seems that they run colder? What would be the sideeffects of this?

Hmmm. Do a search they've been discussed before.

The only good plug for the 4.6L I know of is the HT0 and HT1. Unless something has changed since I had my 4.6L

They couldn't be worse than the Champions, or could they? If you had a bad experience or if there is something I should be aware of, I would really like to know.

I had a incident that resulted in a dead holed engine from a Brisk plug. I'll leaver it at that. I don't use them in my car.
