Default CMDP Question

What is the difference bewtween the "economy" delete plates and the "race" delete plates. Brenspeed sells both, what is the difference? Is there a HP difference? Why do the race plates cost $150 more?

there really is no difference that makes them worth $150 more......look in the for sale section on the different boards cause they are frequently for sale, otherwise the $150 model is all you will need.

I think the race ones are tapped for direct port nitrous injection (something almost never used), I read something like that a while ago.
I ended up buying the economy ones and I am very happy with them

The Race ones are billet and also have .070" bigger ports. Just get the economy plates, you'll pick up 6 rwhp. I suggest going with Justin at VMP for your tune. He's got an amazing tune for these CMCVs. No power loss ANY where, no mileage loss. I actually gained .5 mpg with them !!
