Just wanted to share my dyno results......Im pretty happy with the results with just the few bolts on I have.....now hubby is really wanting to do a cam job on her. Im cool with it, other then the $900 hickie!!! lol HPP Racing grinds their own cams for the S197 and have had great gains.....they guarantee a minimum of 20HP gain and I think that is plenty for me to have some fun.....Im not a serious, hard core, street ripper so Im good with those numbers......

You'll lose power below 3,000 RPMs ... If you're okay with that which it doesn't sound like you should be if the car is just a street car. What kind of dyno do they use?

Nice numbers...Comp Cams are also good for our cars and can net you more then 20rwhp

I couldnt tell you what kind of Dyno they have, a little out of my element with that stuff.

DeStonn we had actually considered Comp Cams when we first started tossing this idea around but then we heard how well these guys were grinding cams so we thought that would be the way to go. That $900 price included the springs too.

 

That is a good price for springs and cams. What are they gonna charge you for install and tune? That is where the mod gets pricey. I paid 1100.00 for install and tune

 

Well, lol, install wont be "nothing" but a few good home cooked meals andsome other stuff(hubby is my installer, he's an SVT tech at our Ford dealer). I paid $350 for my first tune and HPP told me that any new mod would cost me $50 when I return for a new tune so I really cant complain on the price. We send those guys all the business we can, not to mention, my son's S/C GT is a regular lol.

 

Awesome. Keep hearing good things about HPP. Im going to have to check it out soon.
