Default Warrantied?

I hit a curb a couple days ago, and my foose wheel cracked, i have to replace it. Is this warrantied? Anyone know how i can contact foose? Thanks.

thats right off of his site. idk if its warrantied since it was due to driver error, unless you got some sort of extented warranty

I'd be surprised if it's warranted. It's notas ifthe damage was due to a manufacturing defect. But you never know 'til you try.

Highly doubt it! Thats like saying if i crash my car will my factory warranty cover it lol But i guess its worth a shot lol

if warranty doesnt cover it, you may try city and county. a co-worker of mine cracked her honda rim on a big pot hole, took pics of the rim and pothole and they re-embursed her for the cost of replacement.

Its worth a shot.
If there is some sort of lot # or manufacturing code
on the rim that is included in a Fooserecall.
Otherwise, they would be out of busisness warranting
rims damaged from curbing it hard enough to crack it.
