You could've added this question to your first thread.

One of the options for a slightly functional hood scoop is the CDC (Classic Design Concept) shaker hood.

what kind of performance would i be looking at if i installed that system? just watched the video on that website and doesn't look too difficult to install.

Probably no performance. And if you already have a stock hood scoop, the CDC shaker won't cover the holes left by the factory one. Basically, there isn't really a way to make it functional.
