I have to convince my dad to go half and half with me on a supercharger on my car. so i have to convince him to drop bout 3 grand in a car that he never drives. help me out and tell me good reasons why its good to supercharge a car. and in the end will i get my money back out?

uhmmm well it definitely will go faster.... im 17 and i decided to get the cervinis kit instead of a procharger due to the fact there is no way in hell my dad would let me supercharge my gt, and i dont really need the power
