Default Flat Black Stripes...

I have a 2005 Mineral Gray GT and I was considering putting a super stripe on the hood, I saw some flat black ones and thought they looked good, but I have not seen them on MG and I also found one guy who said flat black is hard to clean. Any input...

PICTURES PLEASE!!!
(mineral gray with any color stripes...)

I was this close __ see that, That close to getting flat black stripes on a black car. Until Knight Rider came out i did not want to jock any one so I went with realistic flames.

Don't know that I have seen the SS done in flat black on MG, but I have seen it on Redfire, and it looks good.....

If you are going to paint, get gloss with clear coat. Steeda FTW!

I have flat black super stripes and side stripes. As long as you don't let water dry on them, they're really not hard to clean. Every once in a while, I use Mother's Back to Black on them. I tried waxing them and also tried using Armor All on them, but I didn't like the way either of those looked.

My rear spoiler is not flat black. It's a stock spoiler that a forum member sold to me after he replaced it with an aftermarket spoiler.

I really haven't investigated, but I am pretty sure you could buy spoilers painted any way you want.

I have Matte/Flat Black stripes painted on my car. What works best when I have water spots is dawn dish soap. I only use this to lift the water spots off of the surface.I then follow up withMother deep gloss car wash. When I'm all done,I follow up with a little wax. The stripes come out looking good. No spotsm, nice clean smooth surface.
