Tires for 20x10s?
Alright guys I want to say right out of the gate that I tried to do a search. I got a TON of results but they were all nothing to do with what I wanted to know. The search function on this website is horrible. Anyways, I'm running 20x8.5s all the way around right now on Nitto 555s 255/35/20s. I want to say close to the same overall diameter but I want to as wide as possible staying with the Nitto 555s. What are my options? I found the 285/30/20s which would be a 1.25" wider and slightly smaller in the overall diameter. Anything else out there better than that? Also does anyone have pictures of this set-up. I want to see how wide they are going to be. Thanks in advance.

ive got 295/35-20 nitto invos. fits perfect on a 10 inch wheel. no stretching or bulging. just a dificult size to find. also 305's fit really good. I had a 275/35 on the 10 inchers before and they were kinda stretched out.

I just dropped my ride off and got 295x40x20's put on my new saleen wheels. Ive done some serious research and from what ive found, 295's are the best fit for a 10 inch wide wheel. You can fit 315's but it really won't be THAT much wider than 295's. I suggest getting some 295's. Thats what roush puts on a their stock 10inch wide wheels, same as saleen.

I run 285/30/20 on a 9.5" wheel. I could have fit 295's. Which means 10's can fit 305's with no problems. I also run the 555's i dont know if they make them in that size though.
255/35/20 is 27.03" tall, 10.04" wide
285/30/20 is 26.75" tall, 11.22" wide
295/30/20 is 26.97" tall, 11.61" wide
305/30/20 is 27.20 " tall, 12.01" wide
your sidewall number is the % of the width. if you went 305/35/20 you would be 28.41" tall and still 12.01" wide. that 28.5" probably wouldnt fit on a lowered car and would like abnormal with a 27" front.
I hope this helps you out.
