Default CHE Anti Squat Bracket Tech Help/Question

So I finally got around to installing my CHE Anti Squat brackets today along with my Steeda Rear Sway bar, however there is one thing that is kind of bothering me, the factory bolt that gets reused on the bottom hole for the LCA seems to me to not be long enough as it barely protrudes from the end of the nut cap. Is this how everyone else is and am I just being overly paranoid?

I used brand new bolts since i had previously removed them to install my LCA awhile back. I compared them with the old ones and they are the exact same. I checked and rechecked the CHE directions and even went onto their site to triple check and it does say to use them in the location that i did.But man it just seems to me as though not enough of the bolt is through the nutcap.

I don't remember it being to short. I'll have to go look at mine. Does none of the bolt come through the nut? Maybe they are using a thicker metal now.

Just a very small amount of the bolt comes out the end. I have had the brackets for a long time.
I just finally gottime to install them and it has me a little worried is all. The bolt and nut that CHE supplies for the upper hole is about the same as the stock bolt and nut.

As long as the bolt fully reaches the end of the nut, there shouldn't be any problems.

From CHE's website. Since the brackets go on the outside, the bolt has further to go, thus effectively shortening the bolt. It seems normal, and like I said, as long as the bolts go all the way through the nut, that's all you need.

Yeah I have seen that picture but it does not show the nut end. Looking at what you can see though it appears that the bolt does not ectend very far out of the nut.

Thanks

Do you have 1 and 1/2 threads or so outside the nut? If so you should be fine.

I can see the first thread outside the nut. I've had mine on for awhile and at the track.
