Synthetic D4 ATF Automatic - Manual Transmission Fluid (1 Qt )
I purchased this fluid at brothers, I got a case of 12. I think the refill with the new pan will be right around 8qts, I went to brothers because itis only like 2 miles from my house.http://brothersperformance.com/

Currently Amsoil is the ONLY replacement ATF avilable for our cars. Not Redline, not RP. You'll want to get their Universal ATF. If you're draining/replacing the TC too, then you'll need 16 qts total. You may only be able to fill 13-14qts initially, but drive the car a few miles, come back, and you should be able to get 2 more qts in there.

The fluid pickup in the pan is on the right, and if your ATF is 2 or more qts low, you'll know it ifby making a hard 90 degree right hand turn, the tranny momentarily slips out of gear. This, due to fluid starvation.

Hmm, i never noticed that before.. From Redline's Website , I could find nothing about any product they have replacing Mercon 5. Well, there you go, you have another option.
