RE: pedal covers question
Well...I got the GT500 ones for an auto with the deal pedal too...the brake pedal replaces the stock one, but it was a piece of cake. The accelerator goes over the stock with 3M tape, no drilling required. The dead pedal is attached to the side panel using a bolt already there. I am not sure if the same applies to the manual transmission. Others need to chime in....

RE: pedal covers question
Can you take the rubber off?I had to buy a new stock accel. pedal, and it didnt come with any rubber.I guess it was sold seperate. It was just hard *** plastic.I have the Roush pedals, and the clutch, brake were put on with 3m tape, but the accel pedal was put on with the self tapping screws, but not overtop any rubber.

RE: pedal covers question
I also just installed the CDC GT500 look ones. Well, I installed the clutch and brake, and those just replace
the existing pedals (not the easiest thing I've ever done, but not the worst either). The gas goes on
with 3m tape and I'm trying to find some adhesion promoter, which was recommended in the instructions,
but not provided...

RE: pedal covers question
If you by the pedal covers that you have to screw in, like the Steeda's, then rubber needs to be taken off in order to get a good fit. I had the whole steeda set w/ the dead pedal on my 06 and it is awesome when installed. Yes you need to drill, but the hardest part is making sure the pedal cover is lined up good so you can make them. Use a pin punch to get you started, then drill away. I think it called for a 1/8" or 5/32" drill bit, cant remember. Four screws on each pedal, the gas is the easiest, but also the easiest to break if not careful.
