Default Need help overdrive crank pulley automatic

I am trying to get my crank bolt off but the engine keeps turning.

I noticed in taco bills thread he stated

"Note: (per Steeda) On Automatic transmission cars, prevent the engine from turning by holding the torque converter. Access the torque converter by removing a plug towards the front Drivers side of the transmission. Hold the torque converter from turning with a 14mm wrench. "

Where is this location? Is it under the car? Help!

Thanks

Apparently, he didn't update the version on here. The version on TMS shows the access hole.

Note:
It's pretty hard holding a wrench on the bolt while the crank is being torqued. It's possible, just takes patience. If the wrench slips off, rotate the crank bolt until you can get a wrench of the bolt again. This is a 2-man operation!
