which battery should i have?

i have the 07 gt with the active anti-theft system($325). i have had dead battery issues before. i have read i should have the larger 40R battery instead of the smaller 96R battery with this option. i have the 96R battery. please help with your thoughts!!!

Good thread, I have a post in there with pics of the larger (electronically & physically) Motorcraft battery I installed.
