lightbar question
The CDC is very high quality lightbar and comes with everything needed for the install. The instructions are very thorough and the way the instructions have you wire the light involves no cutting of any wires and is very simple. Also the way it has you wire it makes it so that when you close the top, the light wont turn on and bother you when you hit the brakes. I installed one on my fathers gt500 vert and the install can easily be done in 2-3 hours. I don't have much experience with this type of stuff either, I'm only 18 and it was really easy.
The Cervini's piece is very high-quality. Painted in the front (can be repainted to match car (see pic)), and vinyl in the back. The vinyl is nearly a perfect match to the factory black "leather" interior Ford put in these cars. HOWEVER - it is NOT a light bar, it is just a styling bar.
Also, be warned - while Cervini's makes quality pieces (with the exception of their S197 speedster covers), their shipping policies are absolutely ARCHAIC, and border on the retarded, asfar as the21st century is concerned. If their pieces weren't so good, I'd never even CONSIDER doing business with them. I have a bunch of their parts on my car, and with the exception of the speedster covers, I'm 100% satisfied.
As for CDC, I'm not a fan because they slap their logo all over their bar. If I'm going to pay to put something on my car, there is NO good reason that I should have to pay to have the "right" to advertise for that company. Shame on them.

Thanks for the compliment, but what's with the wiseass "back to the thread at hand", newbie?? It WAS about the thread at hand. Look at the OP where he says "I like the Cervini's".. I have it, so I gave a review.
