Default Spring choices, please help!

Which springs of these two would you choose to lower a daily driver? Or do you know of another place where I can get a good deal? Thanks, and do I need anything besides springs to lower my car?

Dont know much about the Ford ones but, the Eibachs are very good as well. You might wanna upgrade your shocks/struts in the future but, you're ok with the stock ones for now. Tokico D-Specs seem to be the shocks/struts of choice on here. Good luck

I would go with the Ford racing K springs as I hear the eibach's tend to sag over time.

I would however never buy used springs either, espeacially ones that do not have new isolators!

You can get the Ford ones off American Muscle new for $219

You're better off buying new springs anyhow..

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it! I'll keep all that in mind. What do the isolators do?

They are the rubber spacers that keep the springs from grinding into the metal mount points. Without them your suspension would sound horrible, with used ones they may not be broken in for the new springs and cause your car to lean.

I got an Eibach Pro Kit from LMperformance, I love em!

I would highly recommend both the pro kit and LMPerofrmance

I have a daily driver I now run with Tokico D-Specs and the Eibach Pro-Kit.

Couldn't be happier with my setup. In 2 minutes you can adjust them from track to daily driving.

The isolatorsthe action is talking about are on the front spring and are placed on the second coil. i'm not sure those are called isolators. No Mustang springs that I know of are sold with replacement isolator. eibach directions say to remove the isolators from the factory springs and install on the front springs first coil. so you will have the isolator onthe first coil and a rubber cover on the second coil. Ive had my pro kit for over a year and they havent settled any.
