Default Driver's side headlight removal for track

Curse the stupid search for not working....

Was wondering if anyone with an 05+ has removed or regularly removes their driver's side headlamp for the track to allow more air to be rammed into the intake? If so, any improvement in times? Risks of running lean?

Heading again on Friday night, and thought I might give that a try. I want to get under 13.5 this time.

I dont forsee a great increase... and the time it takes to remove wouldn't be worth it in my book.

As much as I know, removing headlamps includes removing front bumper

You're not going to ram more air into the engine by removing the headlight. You might get more cold air to the filter though.
