RE: seat delete
It's worth roughly 40 lbs if my memory serves me. Is that worth anything to you? Maybe, if you're looking to shave weight at the track. I think I'd replace the OEM driveshaft first.
I'd consider the rear seat delete if I could level it so my big dog could be more comfortable. I currently fill in the "buckets" with towels and lay a piece of cardboard over the rear seat, then lay a blanket on top of that for her.

I did a rear seat delete.............it's not in the stang anymore. looked like crap. So I wasted $200.00. Weight trade off nothing that will affect your 1/4 mile et. save your $$$. don't do IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive got two buddies who have done it between runs at the drag strip. The before and after runs were pretty much identical. But really it's up to you. If you are worried about weight reduction start with the driveshaft (like someone else stated) and the spare tire, carpet in the trunk (at least you cant see its gone without the trunk open). No need to trash the interior of the car imo.
