20s are too big.. they just dont look right... its like having double Ds on a chick thats 5'2" .. just not right.. interesting... but not right..
20's fit perfect....................
Double D's are just a matter of preference...............you like chicks or you like guys!!!

I would go back to wherever you purchased them from, and demand they order you some with the correct offset. They are not suppossed to stick out past the fender............Did they speak English?

Well, one thing is for sure, the choice of wheels is highly subjective and people's tastes are extremely varied. I wouldn't want wheels like those on my car (or anything bigger than 18" for that matter), but whatever floats your boat...

[the monster truck line was funny, though]

I like girls and only look for the inner beauty ... also I dont think a 5'2 girl will like double Ds for a long time.. unless they have the back like triple H...hahaha

Aw....screw it. [:@] I can't even begin to tell you how many different things I typed here then deleted because they were just too harsh..
This trying to be nice crap really interferes with me being a professional smartass. I guess that will be the true definition of zen, when I can mesh both perfectly

I was going to replace the stock ones on mine when I get it with some 18x9s. Just haven't found some I liked yet. I want to stand out, but don't want to look like a ricer.

Autoguy - those are some slick looking wheels, but again with the lower profile tires that these wheels require, I think the car needs to be lowered to look right. Sure its all subjective, but the one commonality we are dealing with here is V6's sit higher than the GT because of suspension differences and taller factory tires. Slap 18's, 19's, or 20's on there with low prof. tires and it appears to be sitting higher than normal. Unless you want to put tall a** tires on those new rims - which I doubt.

But again, it all goes back to personal preference. In the words of The Digital Underground...."Do Whatcha Like"

I've seen a 5'2" chick with DD's. It was 10 years ago and I STILL can't forget how great she looked.

So... I guess I don't think 20's are too big as far as looks go. For performance is why I went with 18's on my car instead of 20's.

The rear wheels definitely look like the offset is wrong. I had the same issue with my car. You need deep wheels on the '05.

If you DO lower your vehicle be sure to get an adjustable panhard bar. Otherwise the car will not ever drive straight. The lowering will shift your rear end to the drivers side if you don't install the adjustable bar. ((speaking from experience))

I took mine to the Ford dealer and had their suspension guy install it.

I also bought and installed adjustable rear trailing arms and an adjustable upper third link. All for the rear end and all from Steeda. The rear end really grabs good now and their is no wheel hop.
