which one is better for the price? i noticed the predator is a little cheaper but i know i get what i pay for. im probably going to be getting the tuner through bamachips with a intake.

is one significantly better than the other?

 

from what i understand the SCT is a little more widely used as far as who can tune it locally for you....everyone says check with your local tuner before you do anything to see what they like to use; that way you've got local support if you decide to do a custom dyno tune....

I have the SCT X3 and love it.....no problems at all.

 

I have them both with no complaints on either of them

 

I love my Diablosport Predator, but like someone said before me the SCT tuners are more widely supported.

 

I have the Predator with a custom tune from Bamachips. I couldn't be more happy with it. It is easy to use and works wonders on our cars.

The only reason I went SCT instead of Diablo is I've known of SCT longer than Diablo. That's it.

 

as you can see, either unit will be fine. i think the reason the diablo may be a tiny bit cheaper is only because more shops support SCT than Diablo. I have a predator (w/ Bama Tunes) and love it. VERY user friendly and very good customer support both online and on telephone. You cant lose with either one but if you want tunes from more tuner shops, then SCT might have the edge.
