Its hard to tell. No real pictures, no part #'s for reference, no description. You have to call them and verify and have them send you a description in writing so you can be sure.
I installed Shelby valance and I think the extra for the Cervinis is worth it. The modded Shelby valance only looksOK. After the install it has visible mounting holes in the frontthat have to be filled and an attach point that can't be covered up. The flanges that go in the wheel opening do not line up properly, and the mod it's self requires allot of cutting and aliening. The extra money is worth not going through the hassle and the fit should be Superior. If I was to do it again I would go with Cervini. Just my two cents.
I believe for the 69.00 I paid at my local ford dealer was way worth it to get it to work than to pay 200+ on another one.
If I were you I would buy the Ford one. No one even looks at the install job and I filled the holes with some body pins...

I think the GT500 Valence is a great spoiler and one of my favorites. The $70 was a steal for the amount of actual work that had to be done. Although mine was done on a GT it shouldn't take too long for you to modify it to fit on a 6er. Over all trim and install was about an hour. All you'd need is a dremel, pliers and screws/bolts. As for the holes, you can only really see them if you are on top of them, if you are more than a foot away, they blend in, you can also have them filled and covered. There's a few threads that have a step-by-step that i followed and it helped immensly, and i've never modified and item for fitment ever! Although I wish i had a picture of the unmodified valence, as you see the pic below, you'll have to trim the complete 1 inch rise from the tom of the valence or cover up the piece if you don't want to trim.

Fitment in the wheel well is a little off, the top holes fit but the bottoms don't, those can be covered up or drill in new screws. Since mine is well bolted to the bottom, i only screwed the top screws and covered therest of the wholes (orginal screws still screwed in, flange just covers that!)
