Default Really simple suspension question

Just want to make sure i'm not missing something but say i was to buy a set of stock used front shocks, I could go ahead and put the steeda front springs on them so basically all i'd be doing it swapping out one strut/spring assembly for the other making the job less time consuming and faster. Am I right?

As long as you have the used upper strut mount and nut with the shock you'll be able to do it like this. As far as time goes you wouldn't be gaining much from doing this cause once the strut assembly is out it only take a couple minutes to change the spring.
