First, I hope the moderators dump that crap from jimei within the hour and do their best to keep this sort of junk out of our forums. [:@]
Now, Expert you're going to have to define "pita," because short of showing up with half a tank of gas (as opposed to a full tank), there's not much else that's going to come off w/o a wrench...
If you were willing, you could take out the rear seats (lower portion is cake, but the upper portion requires you to un-bolt it). The bottom is so light, I'd venture to say it's not really worth it. Of course, there's that pesky driver seat (but again, this may constitute a "pita"). If you're running a Shaker 1000, I would nix the sub enclosure. Beyond that, the only things left that I can see are universally-acknowledged pitas or require swapping parts.
Best,

Tubular radiator support, lightweight A Arms, Battery Relocation, 17' wheels, 1/2 tank of gas, no spare tire and jack, no trunk mat, no passenger seat, A/C delete, PS delete, rear seat delete, floor mat delete, stereo delete, aluminum driveshaft. Lots of stuff more.
Many of this stuff have been used in a N/A car, with boltons and he is on the lower 12's, this shows the true potential of our modular 4.6 'pony'. (more like pigs [:@]).
on a serious note, the most important mod, is the driver mod.
