absolutely...and i'm trying to be patient.

i am going to install the tune this evening and the hardware this weekend...updates on tune and whether it is noticable/better than my current tune from my shop guy to follow.

like i have said before. my shop guy originally had a custom dyno tune done to my car and it was putting down outrageous numbers for my mods...330hp/340tq but then i added delete plates and he didnt have time to dyno tune my car for that and quit opening on saturdays so nowit is damn near impossible to get that dyno done. had to do a generic add for the delete plates to my dyno tune and i never thought it was up to par. feel like i lost too much power down in the lower RPM range. brent said that his tune would include some excellent torque management, ect and i would probably be pretty happy with it...damn, now i'm itchin even more...feelin like a crack addict....haha[8D]

ok, i love the brenspeed tune...not much different on the top end but it has much more power throughout the entire RPM range....now for my question, i ordered a custom tune from brenspeed, yet when i loaded it, it gave me options to adjust the parameters such as axle ratio, A/F Ratio, spark, rev limiter, etc...is that normal???

if so, am i supposed to do anything with it or just leave it alone??? i called brenspeed but they are already closed

That's just a feature your tuner has. You're not supposed to mess with them as all of that is already preset in the tune, but it gives you the option to mess with it.

ok, well i've had this tuner for over 2 years now and only ever had one custom dyno tune on it so i have never seen these adjustment options before. does the option toadjust come with all of brenspeed's custom tunes???

I can only tell you about the SCT tuner but one of the selling points for it was "adjustable user options." I have VMP and it came with those same things adjustable.

ok cool...i guess my shop guy just didnt include those parameters when he did the custom dyno tune oh so long ago....either way, i love this brenspeed tune. i romped on it a few times tonight and it has tons more power at lower RPM's, especially in first and second gear
