I love it! I just bought my 08, maybe I should have waited a while longer for an 09!!!

 

I think they would be cool if it was just the running horse

 

because its not like the 45th edition was a special edition car or a new model its just another S197 just like your car or mine , so all our cars are 45ths if its a S197 its good

 

I think that they look pretty good; but I don't think that I will be buying any.

 

its a special edition emblem only on 45,000 cars from what i have read.....so no, it just should not be slapped onto any s197 IMO

If your car is not an 09 you shouldnt get them.

 

That is pretty lame if you put those on any other year besides an 09. I dont care what excuse there is for doing so because nothing will convince me. That would be like owning an 02 GT and putting 40th badges on it[&:]if you own an 06 its a 42nd anniversary so why mark it as anything but? Im not a big fan of the horseshoe either.

 

lol, mixed feelings on the emblems. i'd have to agree with capitalG on this. Pascal, has the 40th on his 2006, i see no big deal, it's just celebrating the mustangs long life. Most people cant tell an 09 from an 05. now puting a cobra on a v6 or a gt without the performance or body kit, i can see your point in calling poser. anyways.... I saw a cobra today at my ford dealership, it was one of those anniversary ones with the carbon fiber chin spoilers. it was amazing!!! made my car look like sh!tparked next to it.

too many cars imo to be any type of special edition , if there can be 8,999 other peopl with the same car as you in your state alone its not special edition in my book.
