HOW HARD IS IT TO INSTALL 4:10 GEARS YOUR SELF?

 

I'm not a gear expert but just from reading other posts on here with the same question being asked, most people will not recommend it if you dont want any gear wine etc

 

In nascar there are are 77 teams. I'm told all of those 77 teams though they do have their own transmission gear installers for every team, they all share 2 diff gear installers between any one team.

This is because there is only one way to install gears so they will be "fast". There are unfortunaly not that many MORE ways to install gears so they won't essentially break your car after a few miles. So there are maybe two people in your city that could do it.. yeah, but even then there are only a dozen people that know how do it "right" in your state, then there are less then a dozen in the world that know how to do it best.

I think that's about accurate

 

in other words use a highly recommended shop. dont do it yourself or take it to Goobers filling station.

 

yeah i wouldn['t even attempt it.. when i get mine im taking it to realspeed auto performance over by me.. i heard it is a big pain in the tucass.. not worth the effort/time just pay to have it done right
