Default throttle body or Long tubes

Which would be the best modification to go with. A 90mm throttle body or some long tubes. As of now I have bullet exhaust, o/r x pipe, intake, and tuner. If i go with the long tubes do i have to have a custom tune? Just want everyones opinion on which would be best to do first.

Go with the long tubes. You will need a matching mid pip though and no you wont need a custom tune.

I would say getting the long tubes althought in comparision the throttle body is less expensive. I have hope that one day I can get both but I might personal start with the t/b

Im sure it would help but I figured as long as you were keeping the cats it wouldnt matter much. I ran mine for about an hour without a tune for my Long tubes and my car ran fine.

Everyone that I have talked to that has switched out TB's had nothing but problems. I'm not switching my TB unless I have a reason where I have to.

Go with the LT headers! Are you n/a ? The t.b. is totally worthless on a n/a car.

TB is worthless unless you're pushing massive amounts of boost. Go for the LT's, but make sure you get your mid-pipe from the same company. If you mix-n-match you might have fitment issues. You will most definitely need a tune. The car will start and run fine, but it will be running lean due to the repositioning of the O2 sensors.
