Default SO This is what I can expect from Steeda????

I made a normal post explaining my issue and asking for help regarding my broken end link, and I followed up with a call.

Steeda deleted my Thread asking for help.

Sad to say but it's typical customer service nowadays. You wouldn't believe the crap we went through here at work with a $4000 HP laser printer. Apples to oranges I know but my experience is that service pretty much sucks 3/4 of the time no matter what the product.

Well I just got off the phone again and they asked me a few questions regarding the broken piece and he said he'll "call me back". I found out this is a first gen Steeda Endlink, so it was a steeda piece. Lets see how it goes...

Ya now a days companys are using fewer and fewer people to man phones to save money, youm need to be persistant unfortunately to get anyhting done these days. I have dealt with Steeda alot and never had any issues with them.

while i agree that customer service in this country is generally poor, and while i have never had to call steeda, i have only heard good things from those who have called them before.

hopefully your situation gets resolved and you'll keep us updated.

this is why i am very loyal to certain businesses; even if they cost a little more.

I just think the service these days are the result's of the expectations that everyone seems to have. Now if this was my car and I bought it used and something broke that the last person added and I had no idea what they did to the car I would not expect much. Now if it was my car from the day the modification was installed, I knew for a fact it was never abused, and it had a warranty that is different. But all in all I never expect much from anyone.. I would look at it as a perfect time to upgrade to something better.

By "first generation" do you mean it's several years old?

I called steeda about instructions, for the UDP's I bought. They were helpful. It may either be a missunderstanding or some uber leet moderator on the forum deleted it...........you know how forum moderators get. SMP syndrone IMO. Nothing but <3 for the Mods here

So they offered me 10 percent off , but still was going to charge me shipping. What a freaking joke. Im replacing the entire set with something else and officially bought my last Steeda part.
