If you have ever taken off the lower grill, you will see three vertical bars and some flat plates on the ends behind the grill. All of those parts need to be cut off the bumper. Initially, I was cutting with a dremel, then i decided to just take the blade off my hack saw and used that. The plastic is so soft and it was better then risking breaking a cutting disk and having it fly onto the paint. Plus, it made it was easier to round the corners with the hacksaw blade.
