oh really? I'm really thinkin about getting the stageII HO kit. are you planning on upgrading to the GT500 pumps?
ORIGINAL: 1998YellowStang

The kit came with 39lb injectors and a flowcharger (prochargers cheap version of a boost-a-pump)
ProCharger used the Flowcharger on early kits. They no longer use this set-up. They have been using a second pump for at least 2 years now.

It is ok for what you are doing. However, it will not be able to do anything else over and above where your at now. They quit using it because they ended up wanting to go with a set-up that would better suit the needs of more people. The boost a pump limits the amount of additional mods that can be done. So, the dual pumps are now on all S197 kits.

Good to know. When I get it dyno-tuned and get alittle more power out of it (around 440rwhp) will this still be sufficient?

Yes, you will be fine.
Not using the boost-a-pump anymore just simplifies everything for ProCharger. Less parts to stock, etc. Oneitem meetsthe requirements of more people in this case.

Now that you have the charger are you planning to keep the 4.10's? I've heard they are perfect for centri-type charger due to the higher rpm boost. Just had some installed in my car today and the s/c is definitely next mod. Just wondering how they work out for you now with boost...
