I like the idea of the badge on the dash just not a Cobra badge on a GT, nice video though.

My brother and I were watching someone's vid the other night, and they had the same music. He said, "That has to be the most overused piece of music." I said, "Yeah.....but it's awesome!" He said, "You're right." I love it!


Hey, do you like your 4.10 gears? I want gears bad. Is 1st gear really short? What I want is a gear set that lets my car's full potential shine through and doesn't strain when I floor it from a 1st gear roll and doesn't kill me with high rpms on the highway.

You post a video with your car for people to see yet you think negative comments are not to be done?
You say you don't care about other's opinions but you post your car on here to show it off?
Of course you care about opinions. That makes no sense to say that when you do this.

You act like I was trying to diss your car or something or that my remark was a smartass one.
It was not obtuse at all.
I even commented on the rest of your car.
So what if some people don't like badges that state the car as something it is not.
There IS a reason for it.
You may get tired of hearing it but on the other hand maybe others get tired of seeing it.
Does that mean one person is in the wrong? No. It is opinion.
But there IS a reason people do not like it and it IS a legit reason.

I was simply stating my opinion and at the same time asking an HONEST question about why people want to badge their cars like that. When people say it is because they like the way it looks I just don't tend to believe them.
If you liked the looks of the Shelby then why notjust add a body kit that looks like one?

Most cases is that people like the name (Cobra, or Shelby) and want that on their car.
I find that in most cases also that when people say they like the looks they just don't want to say that they
want others to see the badge and name and think it is something else.

Again don't freak out and think I am accusing you because I am not.
But I have talked to people many times who end up telling me once I break it down that that is indeed
why they put the badges on.
