newtakeoff.com

Like $350. Heard it takes like 3-4 hours if you get a friend to help you.

You can get custom one that are fake leather and from what I understand a lot better than real leather and are only $450.00 can't remember the website though. They make a lot of seats for other vehicles also...

It is very simple to do. I just got done installing custom two toned leather seats in my GT and it only took me a few hours to do. The seats are very simple to get out of our cars and the seat covers come off easily. There area few hog rings that you have to take out but other than that it is just some uncliping and velcro.

I don't know about easy. I installed the parts needed to make my passenger seat a power one. But I was swaping the seat track and installing a new wire harness, ect. The seat covers maybe easy. I know someone that did it, but she said it was a PITA. But then again, she's a woman. HAHAHA She REALLY loved the leather after the install.

yea, i've not seen any cloth seats especially in GT's, but i guess it's alright for now cause im in sicily right now for the next 1 and a half years or so and im pretty sure that since i don't have the windows tinted yet, the leather will get PRETTY freaking hot. ;-)thanks for the input guys

Well, to clear some of the difficulty up, if you can turn a wrench you can change seat covers.

Leoleo: I didn't change the tracks so I am sure that took some time and could be difficult as I haven't ever done it. As for you knowing a woman who did the seat cover swap and said it was a pita it wasn't for me and I am a WOMAN. Then again I am more mechanically inclined than most. Try changing the covers on a 66 mustang. Now that is fun. Those darn things have 50 hog rings in them!!

Buster: My GT did have cloth seats from factory. The funny thing is that I have the mycolor and premium aluminum dash as well as every other option available including the seat airbags but the dang car had cloth. Needless to say I took care of that with custom two toned leather seat covers from Katzkin.
