everything definatly looks more streamlined i wouldnt say its bad the only bad thing was the sight being down the info is still here to go over maybe a few more catagorys but not to bad overall side info might be where its at did like that just my .2 cents

go into your user cp, and go to edit options

at the bottom, select the "full wiwyweow editing" or whatever its called


then quick reply will work as normal, except without smileys

or you could just do advanced reply

 

My only issues are not with functionality but design. I just feel this layout is really bulky and I have to scroll a lot more to get to the content. I also feel more bombarded with advertisements now then before.

I understand making money and all I design build and market websites for a living but I personally think this is a bit overkill.

I also think the category tree for sub cats is a bit overkill, I would use some scripting to allow people to toggle the view they want. With the ease of jQuery & Scriptaculous either could be used for it.
