On a 4.6L?
Are you baiting me Boozy?
The wire size is dependent on the fuse protecting the
circuit and the amperage draw of the circuit.
Are you needing to know this for some specific reason?
Do you have electric coil overs on your front end?
My S197 does not have electric coil overs. Just plain ol struts.

I would get a junkyard S197 PCM harness and
use that to extend the OEM harness.
Quick and neat. No need to figure out what guage the wires are.

Not sure.
Just use a wire one size bigger than the one you are lengthening.
And for gods sake, use the 2 stage adhesive heatshrink on those
soldered connections.

The ones I found are over $200.00. Not looking to spend that much. So I will just size up the wire as I go.

I couldn't get the manual to load on my laptop so I will try it on another computer later.

Solder and hear shrink??? Who said anything about that. Butt connectors here....

LOL, J/K...

Why do you say to use one size bigger?
