Default FIRST time dyno #s!!

Ok so I got a good deal from the shop by my house since I go around somewhat have a few friends who work there. Anyway, 80 bucks for 3 pulls. All 3 were made on Brenspeed's 93 tune, BBK CAI, O/R X pipe, and SLP LMs. The first pull I made 279.x hp and I forget the torque number. Noticed that Brenspeed had it running REALLY rich. So we decided to play with the timing a bit and go 4% leaner. 2nd pull it made one less at 278.x. We seen that the car was still on the rich side and leaned it out 8% while letting it cool down. Finally I came out with 282.4 and 295 ft/lbs. I'm satisfied being how humid and hot it is in Houston. Ugh. =P

I got those same numbers, well, 278 hp and 295 tq on my first dyno run just weeks ago after I added my first mod, a c&l racer intake. It was 105 degrees in the shop here in Austin

Those seem like good numbers, especially with the heat and humidity down here. Did you do it last week when it was SUPER humid and rainy?

What shop was that at? I'm on the northeast side (Kingwood) and am looking to run my car on a dyno as well. I want to get a baseline run with the car as it is now, and then another run once I get my CAI/tune.

I got it dynoed yesterday haha. Well the shop I got it done at is not a big name shop. I just know a few guys that work there and they do really good work. I wish I would have dynoed mine stock :-/ The name of the shop is E/T Performance.
