Default 2008 headliner

I feel like an idiot. I just bought a 2008 California Special GT and I have made a terrible mistake. I let a friend smoke in my car one night and noticed that there is now a burn on my headliner, it's not that big, but it's driving me insane. Should I replace the entire headliner or should I just live with it? If I replace it, do you think I should take it to the dealership?

Thanks for any info

I would check the cost before you make a decision. Compare dealer to a shop. Dealer will most likely farm it out anyway. Maybe do some custom work on a headliner. After getting a cost, decide if you want to fix or live with it.

You're "friend" had better be a smoking hot girl and you were gonna get lucky or you're nuts! Whey would you let anyone smoke in your new Mustang?!

Cool

Sorry to hear about that. I would definitely make the friend pay for a headliner replacement. The following rules are, however, in place in my stang:

1. NO SMOKING
2. NO EATING

When you get the new headliner make sure they embroider to it: "NO SMOKING, NO EATING, AND NO DRINKING IN THIS CAR" lol

word to that!

my dd, suv i smoked in that beast all the time. once i got my car, i said to myself, don't smoke in the car. you'll kick yourself later. 7 months! granted, i feel the urge to smoke in traffic, but i just wait til i get to my destination. or a quick run to the gas station and fill up and run to the corner!

But this is better. LoL

But really, live with it...use a black marker color it in...but they also make kits to patch the burn...really work well.
