Default Where can I get this Lambo door kit.

Hi,

Yes I know lambos aren't meant for mustangs and I know that someone will go google out a civic and a lambo picture and all off that crap. I dont like lambos too but a friend wants to put a lambo door on his 09 Vert GT.

He told me to look online for a kit that requires No welding, cutting or grinding. and so far I can't find any.

so does anyone know whare can I get a kit thats in great quality and can open either normal or lamo'ish.

Here is a kit I liked and where can I find it ?

Regardless do a search and see what show up... I will look for the thread that I responded to last week and see if there are any good company names for you.... I believe one of them is LSD...

here is the link to your thread you started.....remember this is not allowed https://mustangforums.com/forum/useless-posts/479660-s197-lambo-doors.html

I am removing the thread and leaving this one!

quote from that thread
www.mrbodykit.com
www.LSD-DOORS.com

Big write up on the install on a Mustang in
Modified Mustangs MAY 08 issue page 82.

Seen a truck with the brothers in it going down the road
with both Lambdo style doors open. I guess its a mod thats
only seen when the doors are open. I didnt know that they
were strong enough to endure being open with the vehicle
in motion.
It appears that LSD is the way to go

Everyone please refrain from any negative remarks- just give reputable places for the OP's friend to buy from! thanks

they used the vertical door kit from vertical doors, inc

http://stangpede.com/home.htm if you scroll all the way down, you'll see a list of sponsors that they thanked for their support.

also, if you want more visual goodies, click this link http://stangpede.com/Image%20Galleri...uild/index.htm

you can see the progression. i personally think they did a fantastic job, considering it took them 6 hours from showroom stock to movie-ready-car.

Stay away from the cheap kits, you will have more problems than its worth. Stick with LSD or VD they are the two biggest.

and don't get motorized ones. they drain the battery SO MUCH as well blow a fuse every other time.

my friend's dad owned a 96 saleen cobra speedster with a 351 and a FAT vortech. had $25k mechanized lambo doors. it was indeed awesome....when it worked. miss that car, but definitely don't hate his 99 vr4.

how are you liking the a47 ram-air? i've been contemplating, it just looks so sick with the widened stance of the center fogs. how's the visibility?

hope your friend had luck with the doors.
