Default Instake / tune

OK i have a few quetion i have decided to buy a C&L instake with a tune from brenspeed what eh differnce in the street and racer package besides the 60 dollar differnce also has any one ever had a problem with the tune where it messes up the computer or engine or is this a pretty safe Mod to do to the car?

Well I don't know man, I got the 91 tune ( I think its the race tune), its great but I got pinging had to lower 4 degrees of timing. Now I live in California and I have heard we have ****ty 91 gas, but still not that happy with this tune. The car hauls *** for sure, but the throttle is laggy, and there is dead spots. I mean you wont go wrong with this tune (its much better than stock), but I sometimes wish I went with bama chips. I have heard brenspeed gives you more power up top, while bama gives you better throttle and more response in lower end. The mix of both would be awesome.
